We have developed an initial case with the Plus Retail media team.
A pre-selected target group of Plus customers has received a message via the e-mail newsletter to pick up a free Sprite Zero Sugar in the store. Plus App users have a unique code automatically connected to the customer card QR in the app. They just have to scan their loyalty card to get the product for free. Other customers use the unique QR code from the email.
Customers collect the product from the shelf themselves and scan the unique QR code from the email or the customer card QR code in the Plus app at the checkout. Customers only pay the mandatory deposit. See the demo video.
